Matterline is an information-organization tool. It does not provide legal advice, form an attorney-client relationship with any end user, or guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any generated output. All output is draft work product requiring attorney review.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the information you submit and for ensuring you are authorized to process it. During early testing you agree to use only fictional, anonymized, or heavily redacted information. You remain responsible for professional judgment, confidentiality, and privilege.
Acceptable use
Do not use Matterline to submit material you are not authorized to disclose, to attempt to extract another firm's data, or to interfere with the security of the service.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" during this development stage. Output may be incomplete or incorrect and must be independently verified.
